================================

i Benoite, here are the final updated dwg's "I hope". Please let me know if you see something I might have missed.
Actually they would be ready for an Engineer review. Also the drawings can be enlarged and reduced as desired with the Acad program from 1/4" t0 1/8"and 3"to 1'. Simply by coping and pasting to an other scale template. I added empty scale sheets in this shipment. The first 3 templates are A3 (EU) 17.5"x 11.625" (easier to fit the drg.), the last 3 are Tabloid 17"x11" this size is more common (double letter size).
There might be a place, who has a plotter, in Vancouver which could summarize the drw's. on one large sheet?
A3 is what I did to compose the 1/8th  and 1/4" scale. In addition is the Detail drg. in different scales  which is of interest to the Engineer.
For final 1/4" drawings I will send you when everything is accepted and done.

Information for the electrician will come out through discussions with them where  the E_plugs go, switches are obvious, the plugs are
by code all 12' min., kitchen all 6' etc. Electrician when given a layout is best equipped to draw in all the connections and 2-or 3 way switches.

The plumber will make you aware if  any best positioning of fixtures and appliances. I understand you are going with IKEA cabinets and possibly appliances and they will help you in choosing cabinet sizes and types. My experience tells me: as meany drawer as possible.
I am not sure if they have the same catalog as they had when I had to do kitchens. there where graphic pictures and size tables, today I see only pictures and there measurements of the single cabinet. I think the past system was more practical?

Roof design will be done by the manufacturer, for best layout of floor joists upper floor. is best left to the contractor, he will do the most efficient layout. The sizes are in accordance with the CMHC tables. You have to decide if you go with the exposed beams glue_laminated or build up as for  hidden and cladded beams. There is only on open beam and that is at the exterior M_R.

Hope you have fun,   Chris
